Steps to Update Your Contact Email
Log in to your Chargeflow account.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
Type your preferred email address into the Contact Email field.
Click Save.
Things to Keep in Mind
Make sure the email address you enter is accurate and accessible, as important billing information will be sent there.
Your Contact Email is specifically for billing communication and is separate from your other account emails:
Login Email: The email used to access your Chargeflow account.
Notification Email: The email where we send updates regarding your disputes, alerts, or prevention service.
