How can I get a refund for cases that are not handled by Chargeflow?

If you believe you were charged for disputes that were not managed by Chargeflow, please contact us at billing@chargeflow.io.

Be sure to include supporting documentation confirming that the disputes were handled independently (e.g., evidence of resolution and email notifications sent to our support team).

Our billing team will review your request and respond accordingly.
