The Chargeflow Billing Page Explained

Written by Avia Chen

The Chargeflow in-app Billing page gives you a clear, transparent view of your usage and billing across all Chargeflow products. Built based on merchant feedback, it's designed to help you understand what you're being charged, why, and the value you're getting.

How to Access

To access the Billing page, you can either:

  1. Log in to the Chargeflow app and click the Billing tab as shown below.

Products & Subscriptions

The Products section shows all Chargeflow products and plans you're subscribed to, including Automation, Alerts, and Prevent.

What you'll see

  • Active and inactive subscriptions

  • Clear subscription status and pricing

  • Outcome-focused performance metrics that highlight value β€” not just cost.

Product Metrics

Each active product displays key performance metrics to help you understand the value Chargeflow is delivering to your account.

Payment Methods

The Payment Methods section shows how your account is billed and allows you to manage your payment information directly from the page.

Details included

  • Payment method type

  • Card details

  • Billing caps (for Shopify billing, when applicable)

Status & Notification

If there's an issue with your payment method, you'll see a clear Action Required status with guidance on what to do next β€” helping you avoid any billing interruptions.

Our billing team also sends email notifications regarding any pending balances. Please note that unpaid balances may result in a temporary suspension of your service. To avoid disruptions, please ensure your card has sufficient funds and that charges from Chargeflow are approved in Shopify.

Usage & Charges

The Usage section gives you full visibility into your charges and a breakdown per product so you always know exactly what you're paying for.

What you can do

  • Filter and view charges by date range, product, payment method, or status

  • See total charges and invoices at a glance

  • Track usage per product for complete visibility

  • View a detailed breakdown of charges per product

  • Access a searchable invoices table

  • Click into individual invoices to see product-level line items explaining what was billed

  • Download and export invoices for your records or reconciliation

Why Can't I See a Billing Preview?

Chargeflow's pricing is success-based, so charges depend on outcomes we don't control. The issuing bank decides every dispute, and you're only billed when we win a dispute or prevent a chargeback on your behalf. Since these outcomes can't be known in advance, invoices are generated after each billable event (a won dispute, a deflected chargeback, or a screened transaction) rather than previewed upfront.

If a predictable cost structure better fits your operations, we also offer fixed monthly subscriptions starting at $1,000/month. Contact your account manager to discuss the right plan for your business.
