Product Section
The Product section includes the products and corresponding plans to which you are subscribed. It also contains quick view metrics to help you learn the performance of the products on your Chargeflow account:
Automation Product
Chargeflow Automation is a state-of-the-art solution that streamlines dispute management using advanced technology. It's success-based, so you only pay when we recover a dispute successfully.
The performance metrics you can find in this section include:
Total Recovered Revenue: The total USD value of disputes successfully won by Chargeflow on your behalf.
Total Time Saved: Industry benchmarks indicate that merchants typically spend 40 minutes working on a single dispute, regardless of the reason. Using this benchmark and the total disputes managed by Chargeflow, we calculate the total time we've successfully saved you.
Payment Method Section
This section displays your payment method details, including the expiration date, card brand, last four digits, billing cap information (for Shopify users), and more.
If any issues arise with your payment method, we'll let you know as soon as possible so you can address them and avoid any interruption in the value we provide.
Usage Report Section
This section shows your charges with Chargeflow over the past 30 days and will soon include a detailed list of all charges, with direct links to the corresponding billable items (e.g., disputes, alerts). This will give you a clear and transparent view of your usage and billing situation.
