The Chargeflow in-app Billing page gives you a clear, transparent view of your usage and billing across all Chargeflow products. Built based on merchant feedback, it's designed to help you understand what you're being charged, why, and the value you're getting.

Products & Subscriptions

The Products section shows all Chargeflow products and plans you're subscribed to, including Automation, Alerts, and Prevent.

What you'll see

  • Active and inactive subscriptions

  • Clear subscription status and pricing

  • Outcome-focused performance metrics that highlight value not just cost

Automation product metrics

For Chargeflow Automation (success-based pricing), metrics include:

  • Total Recovered Revenue: Total USD value of disputes successfully recovered on your behalf

  • Total Time Saved: Estimated time saved based on industry benchmarks and disputes handled by Chargeflow

These metrics help you quickly understand the impact Automation is delivering.

Payment Methods

The Payment Methods section shows how your account is billed.

Details included

  • Payment method type (Shopify Billing, Credit Card, Link, Wire Transfer)

  • Card details (brand, last four digits, expiration date)

  • Billing caps (for Shopify billing, when applicable)

Status & alerts

If there's an issue with your payment method, you'll see a clear Action Required status with guidance on what to do next helping you avoid billing interruptions.

Payment methods are managed directly through Stripe or Shopify.
