Email notifications for Disputes and Alerts in the Notification tab are currently inactive while our team works on an update. Your disputes and alerts are not affected.
What's happening
The email notifications feature found under Settings → Notifications — which covers both Dispute and Alert email alerts — is currently undergoing a fix by our R&D team. During this time, the notification settings in this tab will be inactive and configurations made here won't trigger email updates.
Rest assured, this is a known issue we're actively working on, and a fix will be released as soon as it's ready. Your dispute automation and alert handling continue to work as normal — nothing about your protection has changed.
What to do in the meantime
While we roll out the update, here are two reliable ways to stay on top of your cases:
PSP notifications for disputes
Your payment service provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments) will continue to send dispute-related email notifications directly to you. Make sure your notification settings are enabled within your PSP account to avoid missing any updates.
Alerts dashboard for alerted cases
The Chargeflow Alerts dashboard remains fully operational. You can monitor and manage all of your alerted cases there at any time — no email notification needed to stay in the loop.
