To disenroll a descriptor from Chargeflow Alerts, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Alerts Settings tab.

  • Click on the burger menu next to the descriptor you wish to deactivate and select Deactivate.

  • Confirm that you understand the consequences and approve the deactivation.

  • Indicate the reason for deactivating your descriptor.

  • You will see a confirmation message stating that the descriptor status has changed to Sent for Disenrollment.

Important! The status will change to Disenrolled once the disenrollment process is complete. This process can take up to 14 days. During this period, you may still receive alerts and will be charged for them, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
