How can I ensure I properly disenroll from Chargeflow Alerts services?

To properly disenroll:

  1. Log in to your Chargeflow account

  2. Go to the “Alerts” tab and click on “Alerts Settings”

  3. Find the descriptor you want to disenroll

  4. Click “Disenroll.”

If you've done this and still see charges after the 14-day business-day period, please contact the Chargeflow Alerts team at alerts@chargeflow.io
