After completing the alerts onboarding process within our WebApp, it takes several days to complete the enrollment. The exact duration depends on the third-party alerts vendors.
To check your enrollment status:
Explanation of Enrollment Statuses:
In Progress: This initial status indicates we are handling your enrollment request. Keep an eye on your email, as our team might contact you for further details.
Enrolled: You are enrolled for Chargeflow Alerts but have not yet received your first alert.
Active: You are enrolled for Chargeflow Alerts and have already received at least one alert.
Sent for Disenrollment: You requested to disenroll a descriptor from the Alerts service. We are processing your request. During this period, you may still receive alerts and be charged for them.
Disenrolled: You are disenrolled from Chargeflow Alerts and will not receive any more alerts.
Error: There was an error with your onboarding request. Our team will contact you to resolve the issue and complete your enrollment.
