How can I check the enrollment status in Chargeflow Alerts?

You can check your enrollment status directly within the Chargeflow dashboard under the Alerts section. Kindly note that the enrollment takes 2–10 business days to complete.

To check your enrollment status:

  1. Click on Alerts within the WebApp.

  2. Go to the Alerts Settings tab

Explanation of Enrollment Statuses:

  • In Progress: This initial status indicates we are handling your enrollment request. Keep an eye on your email, as our team might contact you for further details.

  • Enrolled: Enrollment is complete for one or both card networks, but the first alert has not yet been received.

  • Active: Enrollment is complete for one or both card networks, and at least one alert has already been received.

  • Sent for Disenrollment: You requested to disenroll a descriptor from the Alerts service. We are processing your request. During this period, you may still receive alerts and charges may still occur.

  • Disenrolled: You are disenrolled from Chargeflow Alerts and will not receive any more alerts.

  • Error: There was an error with your onboarding request. Please contact our Alerts team at alerts@chargeflow.io so they can assist you.
