Migrating to Chargeflow Alerts from Another Provider

If you're currently using an alert service with another provider and want to transition to Chargeflow Alerts without interruption, follow these steps:

  1. Submit an Enrollment Request

    • Go to the Chargeflow app and submit your enrollment request under the "Alerts" tab.

    • Include your current provider's name and the full list of descriptors (enter Visa ARNs if available).

  2. Request a MID Migration from Your Current Provider

    • Contact your current provider and request a MID migration for both Ethoca and Verifi — not a cancellation or disenrollment.

    • Note: Descriptors cannot be enrolled with two providers at the same time, so your current provider must initiate the migration on their end.

  3. Provide Chargeflow's Partner IDs

    • Share the following Partner IDs with your current provider so they can initiate the transfer with the card networks:

      • Ethoca: Partner ID 64771

      • Verifi: Partner ID 13059

  4. Obtain Proof of Migration

    • Ask your current provider for screenshots of the migration request letters and the case or reference numbers issued by Ethoca and Verifi.

  5. Share the Details with Chargeflow

    • Once your current provider confirms the migration, email alerts@chargeflow.io with the following:

      • Subject: Migration Request - Chargeflow Alerts

      • Screenshots of the migration requests

      • Case or reference numbers provided by Ethoca and Verifi

  6. These details allow our team to follow up directly with the networks and finalize your integration once your descriptors are officially released.
