To submit a request to deactivate all services, click Deactivate Entire Account.
💭Good To Know
Deactivating one service does not affect your other active Chargeflow services.
Deactivate Entire Account turns off all services on the account.
Please wait for our team to notify you about the successful deactivation before uninstalling our app via Shopify or Stripe, as there may be outstanding billing on your account that needs to be settled beforehand.
About the 8% Fee Upon Deactivation of Automation Service
When submitting a deactivation request, you may notice an 8% fee applied to certain cases. This fee covers chargeback disputes that Chargeflow has already responded to and submitted on your behalf prior to deactivation, and are still awaiting a final decision from the bank.
For these cases, our team has already completed all chargeback management work — including gathering supporting evidence, crafting tailored responses, and adhering to issuer-specific guidelines. Because this work has been fully carried out on your behalf, the fee remains applicable even when the Automation service is being deactivated.
We hope to welcome you back to Chargeflow in the future!
