Setting up Chargeflow Alerts is an efficient and swift process, designed to optimize your experience with the help of our expert team. After completing the setup, you can expect to begin receiving your first alerts within a span of 2 business days.
Enrollment timelines may vary depending on the type of alerts being activated:
Initial Processing: Once you submit your enrollment request through the web app, it is typically processed within 24 hours.
Mastercard Ethoca & CDRN Alerts: These are usually enrolled and active within 2 business days.
Visa RDR Alerts: To enroll in Visa RDR Alerts, we'll need your Visa MCC, CAID, and BIN. Once these details are provided, enrollment can normally be completed within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your enrollment status may show as "Active" within the first couple of days — this is completely normal. Some alert types, such as Visa RDR, may still be finalizing enrollment in the background, and everything will be fully up and running within the 10-business-day window.
