How much does Prevent cost?
Prevent uses a usage-based pricing model. Effective October 15, 2026, the price is $0.10 per scanned transaction. New customers get their first 1,000 scanned transactions free, as a one-time offer.
What is the billing cycle of Prevent?
The billing cycle is on a daily basis. Your first 1,000 scanned transactions are free, valid for 3 months from your initial account activation. A charge is triggered each time Prevent screens an incoming sale or capture order, right after the transaction completes. Charges are processed as Shopify App Usage Charges against your store's Shopify Cap Balance, appearing on your Shopify invoice.
