Yes, Chargeflow supports American Express (AMEX) and Discover alerts, captured under the Ethoca and CDRN networks. However, as AMEX and Discover represent a smaller share of global card transactions compared to Visa and Mastercard, alert coverage for these networks reflects their relative market presence. Our main coverage is Visa and Mastercard.
Eligibility Requirements
AMEX and Discover alert coverage is only available to merchants who have a direct relationship with the respective card network. Merchants who process payments exclusively through Payment Service Providers (PSPs) without a direct relationship may not be eligible for these alerts.
π Note: Having a "direct relationship" means that you work and process payments directly with American Express or Discover, rather than relying solely on a third-party PSP or bank such as Stripe, Shopify Payments, Authorize.net, or NMI.
