Why am I still being charged for Alerts if I canceled my plan a few weeks ago?

If you've recently canceled your Alerts plan, please note that the disenrollment process can take up to 14 business days to complete.

During this time, you may still receive alerts and be charged for them as usual. However, any alerts sent during this period of time will be refunded once disenrollment is finalized.
