Chargeflow partners with WooCommerce to help you manage disputes more effectively. With this integration, Chargeflow can automatically enrich disputes originating from any payment processor you work with, including WooPayments. This ensures you have the tools you need to handle disputes efficiently, no matter where they come from.
Getting Started
Integrating your WooCommerce account with Chargeflow is simple and straightforward. You have two options to choose from, depending on your preferences:
Direct Integration
If you prefer a quick setup directly from your existing Chargeflow account, the direct integration method is ideal. Follow these steps to get started:
Log in to your Chargeflow Account using our login page or Chargeflow's Stripe App (exclusively for Stripe users).
Navigate to the Integration Page
Under the Platforms section, click on the WooCommerce Connect button.
Enter your store URL and click Connect.
Approve the authentication in WooCommerce.
Installing Chargeflow's WooCommerce Extension
If you prefer to see your Chargeflow dashboard directly from your WooCommerce admin panel, you can install Chargeflow’s dedicated extension. Follow these steps to get started:
Search for the Chargeflow for WooCommerce Extension in the WooCommerce Marketplace.
Click "Add to Store" to install the extension.
After installation, go to the Chargeflow extension in your admin panel.
Choose one of the following options:
Integrate with an existing Chargeflow account (if you’re already a Chargeflow customer).
Set up a new account with a single click. Chargeflow will automatically create an account for you if you are new to the platform.
Once the integration is complete, Chargeflow’s WooCommerce extension will display your account status and key dispute metrics directly in your admin panel. For more detailed insights, you can always access your full Chargeflow Dashboard.
