Our updated dashboard is equipped with various analytics designed to help you dive deeper into your disputes, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Active Disputes

This metric displays the count and monetary value of disputes that were created within the specified timeframe, and are still unresolved (processing, requiring action, and under review).

Evidence Submitted

This metric displays the count and monetary value of disputes to which Chargeflow submitted evidence within the specified period. Where available, this widget also compares data with the last period, helping you gauge progress.

Under Review

This metric offers insights into the count and monetary value of disputes that were created during the specified time period and are currently under bank review, enabling you to track and manage your expectations more effectively. This metric also includes inquiries that are currently under customer review.

Revenue Recovered

The amount of revenue saved by winning Chargeback disputes is showcased in this metric. The “Revenue Recovered” widget displays the count and monetary value of won disputes, to which a decision was issued within the specified time period. Where available, it also provides comparative data on the last period, illustrating your success over time.

Please note that there may be instances of missing data for decisions made prior to your enrollment with CF.

Disputes Created

This metric enables users to quickly assess the volume and financial impact of new disputes over a selected period of time and identify trends and correlations between business decisions, sales, and chargeback rates. The "Disputes Created" metric counts the number of disputes newly opened during the specified time period and their monetary value. Where available, it also provides comparative data on the last period.

Intentional Fraud Rate

This metric highlights the number of disputes identified as intentional fraud (for example, fraudulent transaction) and their monetary value, as well as their percentage out of all fraud dispute cases (intentional fraud and friendly fraud), all referring to the selected time period.

The intentional fraud rate, calculated with machine learning algorithms and our analysts' investigation, is determined with 90% accuracy. Where available, the “Intentional Fraud Rate” widget also shows you comparative data on the last period, aiding in fraud analysis.

To learn more about different types of fraud and how to prevent it, see our intentional fraud and friendly fraud articles.

Estimated Savings

Chargebacks cost merchants a lot due to fees (starting at $15), labor (around $16 for each, based on 40 minutes of work at $24/hour), and possibly losing the item's value. Chargeflow automates handling disputes to cut these costs, boost revenue recovery, and stop chargebacks, avoiding extra fees and penalties.

The “Estimated Savings” widget is based on the calculation of the above labor costs, also adding a 15$ savings for won disputes in which chargeback fees are returned to the merchant. This provides a more concrete understanding of potential savings by using Chargeflow’s automated dispute management service.

Win rate

The "Win Rate" widget displays the percentage of won resolved disputes, including both chargebacks and inquiries. It is calculated by checking the number of won disputes out of the overall number of disputes (won and lost, excluding intentional fraud cases).

Additionally, the widget features a "Value Recovery Rate," which represents the percentage of monetary value recovered from won disputes relative to the total monetary value of all disputes. Where available, the win rate widget also shows you comparative data on the last period, aiding in fraud analysis.

Flexible Timeframes

By default, the dashboard presents data from the last 90 days, offering a comprehensive view of recent activities and trends. Users can customize this view to fit different timeframes, ensuring insights are perfectly aligned with their needs.

The "Previous period" indicator is automatically set to match the duration of the current period you're viewing. For example, if you're looking at data from the past month, the 'Previous period' will also cover the month immediately before the current one.

"Managed by Chargeflow" Filter

Use the "Managed by Chargeflow" toggle on the dashboard to filter analytics. This feature separates disputes managed by Chargeflow from all others, providing a focused view of our dispute resolution impact.
