The "Additional/Supplemental Evidence" block allows you to upload any other supportive information that you think might increase the winning chances of the dispute and doesn't have any dedicated block.
In this block, you might include any information you want the bank to see or any other information we need to be aware of before submitting the response (e.g., refund offer, product return offer, general supportive documentation, etc.)
You can upload up to five files that meet the following requirements:
Supported file types: PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF, Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), CSV and JSON.
Each file must be 5MB or smaller. If a file is too large, compress the PDF or take a screenshot of the relevant page instead.
Make sure the file name ends with its type, e.g. .pdf or .jpg.
In addition, you can add up to 500 characters of free text.
