Tracking information is considered one of the most crucial pieces of compelling evidence in chargeback disputes β especially when a customer claims their order was never received. Our experience and data show that disputes submitted with tracking information are significantly more likely to be resolved in the merchant's favor.

π‘ Pro Tips:
Tracking: If your order was fulfilled using multiple carriers or a last-mile delivery partner (such as a regional courier or postal service), be sure to include all relevant tracking numbers. Providing the complete delivery chain strengthens your evidence and improves your chances of winning the dispute β note that Chargeflow can only ingest the initial tracking information from your store, so any additional tracking numbers should be added manually.
βScreenshots: When uploading image-based evidence, make sure the file is clear and easy to read. Crop out any unnecessary areas so the relevant information is front and center β blurry or cluttered images may be harder for reviewers to interpret and could weaken your case.
