Since an invoice is considered informative documentation, it can be used as compelling evidence and provide a full picture of the order associated with the disputed transaction.
In this block, you might include a copy of the invoice and a summary of the order associated with the disputed transaction.
You can upload up to five files that meet the following requirements:
Supported file types: PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, GIF, Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), CSV and JSON.
Each file must be 5MB or smaller. If a file is too large, compress the PDF or take a screenshot of the relevant page instead.
Make sure the file name ends with its type, e.g. .pdf or .jpg.
