Chargeflow was built with a clear vision β to help businesses focus on growth and innovation. That's why we developed ChargeResponse, our autonomous dispute response generator that assembles the world's most robust dispute response using 50+ data points combined with AI & ML algorithms. You can read more about ChargeResponse and how it works here.
Dispute response submission timing follows a structured process. For newly installed and activated accounts, automation begins with a 3-day onboarding period β during this time, the dashboard will display "Automation is Pending." Once this period completes, automation activates automatically. If you'd prefer not to wait, you can click "Automate Now" in your delay settings to start immediately. From there, submission timing is governed by your Automation Control settings, which default to 5 days after the Initiation Date. You can adjust this as needed β we recommend setting the maximum delay (20 days after initiation or 5 days before the due date) to allow ample time for additional evidence uploads and final shipment status synchronization before submission.
Learn more about this in our article on What is Automation Control.
Regardless of the delay period you choose, Chargeflow guarantees a 100% submission rate and ensures that all dispute responses are submitted before your bank's final due date. We've got your back! π
