Chargeflow Connect Overview

Written by Avia Chen

Introduction to Chargeflow Connect

Chargeflow Connect is a separate enterprise platform built for fintech companies, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and other large platforms that manage many merchants at once.

If your business was onboarded to Chargeflow through one of these platforms, your account is a Connect Merchant account rather than a standard, self-serve Chargeflow account. This means some settings — like billing, PSP integration, and account deactivation — may be managed by the platform rather than by you directly.

The section below explains how a Connect Merchant account differs from a standard account, so you know what to expect.

What You Can and Can't Manage

What you can control depends on how your account was set up by your platform:

  • If your platform manages your billing and PSP integration: you won't be able to connect your own PSP or deactivate your own account, and the Billing, Notification, Prevent, and Alert pages won't be visible. This is expected for a Connect Merchant account, not a bug.

  • If you manage your own billing: you'll need to complete billing setup before you can log in and access your account.

Either way, you can still:

  • Manage your own dispute list

  • Connect permitted data-enrichment integrations, such as subscription platforms (e.g., Recharge) and customer communication tools

Invitation links expire after 72 hours. If yours has expired, reach out to your platform (not Chargeflow Support) to have a new one sent.
