How do I manage multiple stores in Chargeflow?

The Multishop feature lets you link and manage multiple stores under a single Chargeflow login. Once set up, you can easily switch between stores using a drop-down menu — no need to log in and out of separate accounts.

How you set up Multishop depends on which Chargeflow services each store uses.

If you have 2 or more stores and need Automation active on all of them:

Each store that requires the Automation service must have its own separate Chargeflow account. This ensures that each store's unique products, policies, and regional information are correctly processed by the Automation engine.

If you have 1 store with Automation active and Alerts only for other store(s):

If one store uses Automation and another only needs Alerts, both stores can be managed under the same Chargeflow account. To set this up, simply provide the Shopify Store URL for the Alerts-only store so collaboration can be configured and refund permissions granted.

How to Set Up Multishop

Multishop is enabled through Team Management in your Settings. Follow these steps for each Chargeflow account you want to link:

  1. Go to Settings → Team Management.

  2. Click Add User and enter the email address that will serve as your unified login.

  3. The invited user accepts the invitation via email.

  4. Repeat for all Chargeflow accounts you want to link.

Once the same email address has been added to all relevant accounts, the Multishop drop-down will automatically appear, allowing you to navigate between your stores from a single login.

Note: The email used for the unified login must not already have existing permissions on the account you're inviting it to.

If the invited user does not accept the invitation within 7 days, the invite's status will change to Expired. If this happens, you can resend the invite or remove it using the menu on the left side of the Team Management table.
