Can I get a breakdown of Alerts I’ve been billed for?

The Chargeflow in-app Billing page gives you a clear, transparent view of your usage and billing across all Chargeflow products, including Alerts.

To access your Alerts billing breakdown:

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab and select Invoices.

  2. Locate the relevant invoice and click View Usage → next to it.

  3. A Usage Report will open, displaying a line-by-line breakdown that includes:

    • Alert ID

    • Transaction ID

    • Outcome Date

    • Unit Price — for every billed alert

  4. To download this data, click the Export button located in the upper right corner of the Usage Report window.

📝 Note: The Alert IDs shown in your Alerts dashboard display only the last 6 characters of the full Alert ID found in the Usage Report. If you'd like to cross-reference a billed alert with your Alerts dashboard, simply search using the last 6 characters of the Alert ID from the billing page.
