You can manage your billing, invoices, and payment methods directly from the Billing page in the Chargeflow app.
โ ๏ธ Note: If your Billing page looks different or you don't see an Invoices section, please reach out to our Support team for assistance.
Viewing Invoices
Log in to your Chargeflow account and go to the Billing tab.
Navigate to the Invoices section.
From here, you can:
Track your usage and view past charges
Click into any invoice for a product-level breakdown
Export your billing and usage data for your records
Downloading Invoices & Receipts
To download a specific invoice or receipt:
On the Billing page, click Manage Payment Methods.
Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
Click on the invoice you need, then select Download Invoice or Download Receipt.

Managing Your Payment Method
On the Billing page, go to the Payment Methods section to:
Add a new credit card
Update your existing payment information
Remove a payment method
Change your default payment method

Chargeflow accepts major credit cards as the primary payment method. You can manage your payment method directly from the Billing page > Manage Payment Methods in your Chargeflow dashboard.

To avoid payment failures, please make sure your card has sufficient funds and that charges from Chargeflow are approved. If you need to update your payment information, visit the Billing page or contact our Support team.

Where can I see the invoice details?
To see the full details, simply go to the Invoices dashboard on the Billing page. Find the invoice you're looking for, then click View Usage. You'll see a complete breakdown of the charges, including the Dispute ID, Alert ID, transaction ID, Dispute Amount, and Fee amount.
