What is "Optimize Dispute"?
Optimize Dispute is a status shown when Chargeflow identifies that additional evidence may strengthen your case, improve your chances of winning, and help recover revenue. Check out this article for more information.
What to Do
Go to your Disputes page and look for cases marked Optimize Dispute.
Open the dispute and navigate to Take Action → Upload Evidence.
Review the evidence already collected by Chargeflow.
Upload any additional files that could help — such as:
Customer emails or chat screenshots
Proof of delivery
Invoices or receipts
Any other relevant documentation
Chargeflow will automatically include your uploaded files in the case submission.
Filter for Optimize Dispute Cases
To quickly find all disputes that need attention, use the Filter button at the top of your Disputes page and filter by Status → Optimize Dispute.
