What is “Optimize Dispute”?

Optimize Dispute is a status in the Chargeflow Disputes page that shows disputes where adding more evidence can increase your chances of winning and recovering revenue.

When a dispute is marked as Optimize Dispute, it means:

  • The case is already filed and being handled by Chargeflow.

  • All available evidence from your connected platforms has been collected automatically.

  • The card scheme indicates that providing additional evidence could strengthen the case and raise your win probability.

Why this matters

Some disputes are straightforward, but others benefit from extra context. Adding more evidence gives the card scheme stronger reasons to rule in your favor. Examples include:

  • Customer communication (emails, chats, support tickets).

  • Proof of delivery or service usage.

  • Receipts, invoices, or contracts.

  • Screenshots or other relevant documentation.

Your dispute continues processing even if you don’t add anything. Uploading additional evidence is an opportunity to maximize your recovery.

What to do when you see “Optimize Dispute”

  1. Open the dispute in the Chargeflow Disputes page.

  2. Review the evidence already collected by Chargeflow.

  3. Upload any additional evidence that could provide stronger proof.

  4. Chargeflow will automatically include it in the case submission.

Key points to remember

  • Always progressing: Chargeflow keeps handling the dispute automatically.

  • Boost recovery: Adding more evidence can increase your win rate and recovered revenue.

  • Card scheme aligned: This status reflects when more context strengthens your case.
