Optimize Dispute is a status in the Chargeflow Disputes page that shows disputes where adding more evidence can increase your chances of winning and recovering revenue.
When a dispute is marked as Optimize Dispute, it means:
Evidence still needs to be added to the dispute before it is submitted.
Chargeflow will automatically add available evidence from your store and connected platforms during response submission.
You can upload additional evidence before submission, and Chargeflow will fill in any other missing information it has access to.
Why this matters
Some disputes are straightforward, but others benefit from extra context. Adding more evidence gives the card scheme stronger reasons to rule in your favor. Examples include:
Customer communication (emails, chats, support tickets).
Proof of delivery or service usage.
Receipts, invoices, or contracts.
Screenshots or other relevant documentation.
Your dispute continues processing even if you don’t add anything. Uploading additional evidence is an opportunity to maximize your recovery.
What to do when you see “Optimize Dispute”
Open the dispute in the Chargeflow Disputes page.
Review the evidence already collected by Chargeflow on Take Action > Upload Evidence section.
Upload any additional evidence that could provide stronger proof.
Chargeflow will automatically include it in the case submission.
