Why do I see duplicate Transaction IDs in the Alerts tab? Am I being charged twice?

This can happen due to:

  • Duplicate entries from different networks (e.g., Visa and MasterCard)

  • Multiple descriptors or billing accounts linked to your profile

  • Processing overlaps during billing cycles

If you believe you’ve been double-charged, please send the relevant transaction IDs or invoice numbers to billing@chargeflow.io. Our team will review and issue any necessary refunds.
