I haven’t received the $100 authorization refund yet - what should I do?

This refund is usually released within 7-10 business days.

If more than 7-10 business days have passed, follow these steps:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider to confirm whether the hold has been released.

  2. If not, please contact the Chargeflow billing team at billing@chargeflow.io with your account details
