When connected, Chargeflow's AI securely retrieves and analyzes relevant email threads, pulling key quotes and text indicators to strengthen your dispute submission.
Note that image-based attachments (photos, screenshots, tracking images, or documents) within email threads are not automatically captured. To include these, simply upload them directly in the Chargeflow app. For step-by-step instructions, refer to How to Upload Evidence for Disputes.
How to Set Up the Gmail Integration
Log in to your Chargeflow app.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Under Customer Communication, find the Gmail card and click Connect.
Sign in to your Gmail account and grant the necessary permissions.
What Happens After Connecting?
Once connected, Chargeflow securely fetches only the email threads tied to the disputing customer, filtering out unrelated communications. Our AI then analyzes those threads to extract key indicators and direct quotes, which are automatically incorporated into your dispute response letters. Note that only text is captured β attached photos, screenshots, documents, or tracking images are not automatically included.

Log in to your Chargeflow app.

Under Customer Communication, find the Gorgias card and click Connect.
Enter your Gorgias subdomain in the field provided.

What Happens After Connecting?
