Due to the increase of merchants using subscription plans, we are pleased to introduce our new enrichment integration, Recharge, which will allow us to retrieve and collect crucial information in the case of a disputed subscription.
Getting Started
In this section, we will guide you on how to connect your Recharge account with the Chargeflow application, whether or not you are a user of Chargeflow. By the way, we are always pleased to have newcomers joining our family!

Here are instructions to connect your Recharge account with the Chargeflow application:
Log in to Chargeflow using your Shopify store URL
Navigate to the Integrations page at the Chargeflow application.
Make sure you have integrated your payment processors.
Under the “Data Enrichment” section, look for Recharge and click on “Connect” to establish the integration.
Click "Install" to allow us to read and cancel subscriptions from your Recharge account.

Here are instructions to join the Chargeflow family:
Install the Chargeflow app from the Shopify App Store.
Confirm the billing plan in Shopify.
Connect your payment processors (Stripe/PayPal/Shopify Payments).
Connect your Recharge account to Chargeflow. It can also be done through the integration page under the "Data Enrichment" section by clicking the Connect.
Click "Install" to allow us to read and cancel subscriptions from your Recharge account.
Automatically cancel subscriptions that are disputed:
If a disputed subscription is active, you can enable "Automated subscription cancellation" and let Chargeflow cancel active subscriptions to avoid future chargebacks. Enabling this feature is possible through the Chargeflow app on the Recharge integration settings.
