Getting Started
In this article, we will guide you on how to connect your Adyen account with the Chargeflow Application. Here is a quick video to guide you through the entire integration process:
Already a Chargeflow family member? Great! 🙌🏻
Log in to your Chargeflow account.
Navigate to the Integrations page in the Chargeflow application.
Under the “Payment Processors” section, look for Adyen and click “Connect” to establish the integration.
Now, let’s generate an “Adyen API Key” to complete the connection:
Log in to your Adyen account.
Navigate to Developers → API Credentials within the dashboard.
Click the Create "New Credential" button to initiate the setup.
Select “Web service user” and enter “Chargeflow” in the description field.
Click the “Create credentials” button to generate your API keys.
Scroll to the Permissions section and collapse both the Account and Uncategorized sections.
Enable the “Management API—Webhooks read and write” and “API dispute management” permissions.
Copy the generated API Key from the Authentication section, then click “Save changes”
Upon copying and saving the generated API Key, paste it into the corresponding field below, then click “Connect”
Now that Adyen is integrated with Chargeflow expect to receive an email sent to Adyen on your behalf. This ensures that the provided API Key has all the permissions for us to manage your disputes freely.
