What is the Chargeflow Referral Program
The Chargeflow Referral Program lets you refer other businesses to Chargeflow using your unique referral link.
When your referral becomes an active Chargeflow customer, both of you get rewarded.

How referrals work
Share your referral link
Invite friends, colleagues, or business contacts who are not Chargeflow customers using your referral link from:
Your friend signs up
They must register using your referral link and complete onboarding.
Both of you earn
Once the referral qualifies, rewards are issued automatically.
What counts as a successful referral
A referral is considered successful only when all of the following conditions are met:
• The referred business is new to Chargeflow
• They sign up using your referral link
• They complete Chargeflow onboarding
• They add a valid payment method
• Chargeflow manages at least one dispute for them
• They reach a Managed Chargeflow Value of $1,500
• They accept the Chargeflow Terms of Service
If any of these conditions are not met, the referral will not qualify.
Who can participate
To join the Referral Program, you must:
• Be an active Chargeflow customer
• Have a valid payment method on file
• Be at least 18 years old
Anyone sharing referral links on your behalf must also meet these requirements.
Referral rules and restrictions
To protect the integrity of the program, the following rules apply:
• Referral links must be shared only with personal or professional contacts
• Paid ads, affiliate networks, or paid email campaigns are not allowed
• You cannot refer yourself, your business, or affiliated entities
• Referrals must be genuine businesses engaged in commercial activity
• Referral links cannot be shared publicly or posted on deal or coupon sites
Chargeflow may withhold or cancel rewards if activity is suspected to be abusive, fraudulent, or misleading.
Reward delivery timeline
• You will be notified when a referral signs up
• You will be notified again once the referral qualifies
• Gift card delivery may take up to 8 weeks
• Most rewards are issued sooner once qualification is confirmed.
• Reward options may vary at time of redemption
Rewards are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Milestone rewards
In addition to earning $100 for each successful referral, you can unlock milestone gifts as you refer more businesses.
Current milestone rewards include:
• 5 referrals: Apple AirPods Pro
• 10 referrals: iPhone 16 Plus 256 GB
• 20 referrals: MacBook Pro M3 14 inch 16 GB 256 SSD

Milestone rewards are subject to availability and may change over time.
Taxes and legal notes
• Referral rewards may be taxable
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Chargeflow may report rewards where legally required
Participation in the Referral Program means you agree to the Referral Program Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Program changes and termination
Chargeflow may modify or end the Referral Program at any time.
Eligibility and qualification decisions are made at Chargeflow’s discretion.
